My guest today is Ayelen Chavez. She is an Engineering Manager based in Berlin, currently leading a full stack team within the OLX Group’s Tech Hub. OLX Group is a global product and tech company of 20+ brands and 5,000 people, helping to fuel local economies by making it easy for anyone to buy or sell through their platforms.

Ayelen holds a Master degree in Computer Science and has more than 12 years experience developing solutions for different platforms. She moved to Germany almost 4 years ago and spends her free time either reading, working out, travelling or in between her other hundred plus hobbies.
