My guest today is Claus Hoefele. He is currently an Engineering Manager at Ada Health in Berlin, a global health company that provides services which help people actively manage their health and medical professionals to deliver effective care. In his role, Claus supports cross-functional teams that turn Ada‘s technologies into products which help millions of people.

Claus worked for many years as a software engineer in Japan, Australia, and Germany. Grown from a senior engineer into a tech lead and from there into an engineering manager, Claus now focuses fully on coaching teams and people to become successful in agile software delivery. Originally from the south of Germany, he‘s been living in Berlin with his family for more than 7 years.
